• You can choose the frequency of deliveries: 2, 3 or 4 months - depends on how many gas you use every day;
• When you use all the gas from first delivery, we will organize a collection for the empties and ship the full ones - same quantity, same price;
• You can pause or cancel you subscription at any point - no hidden fees, no extra charges

• Reminder Email: 10 days before renewal, we’ll send you a reminder so you can arrange pickup of your empties.
• Automatic Renewal: On your renewal date, your card is charged and your fresh cylinders are dispatched.
• Return Window: You have 15 days to contact us and schedule collection of your empty cylinders. If you want to extend this period, please contact us, Happy to accommodate your requests.
• Deposit Protection: If empties are not returned within 15 days or the extended period, we’ll charge your card for the deposit value (€ 10 per cylinder) of the cylinders in your possession and your subscription plan will be put on hold until you return those empty cylinders.
• Easy Refund: Once empties are returned, your deposit is credited back to your Card. — minus a small €7 handling fee.

Yes! We accept empty cylinders even if you didn’t buy them from us. You’ll receive credits to use on your next Gas4U order.

• SodaStream cylinders: €9 credit each;
• Other cylinders: €7 credit each;
• Put all empties in one single box (DPD won’t accept multiple boxes);
• Contact us and let us know how many you have, and we’ll organise a collection for all of your empty cylinders;

No problem! When placing your next order:

• Let us know how many cylinders you’re returning.
• We’ll send you an empty box along with your delivery.
• Use it to return your empties with the prepaid DPD label.
