How much drink does one bottle of SodaStream syrup make? Each 440ml bottle makes up to 9 litres of flavoured sparkling drink, depending on how strong you like it.

How do I use SodaStream syrup? Carbonate plain water first, then add the syrup to the fizzy water and gently tip the bottle to mix. Never add syrup before carbonating, as it can damage your machine.

Are there sugar-free SodaStream flavours? Yes. Pepsi Max, Pepsi Max Cherry, Pepsi Max Lime, 7UP Free and the SodaStream Zero flavours (Cloudy Lemonade, Red Berries, Orange & Mango and Passion Fruit) are all zero sugar.
