How Your Gas4U Subscription Works
1️⃣ Reminder Email
📩 10 days before renewal, we’ll send you a reminder so you can arrange pickup of your empties.
2️⃣ Automatic Renewal
💳 On your renewal date, your card is charged and your fresh cylinders are dispatched.
3️⃣ Return Window
📦 You have 15 days to contact us and schedule collection of your empty cylinders. If you want to extend this period, please contact us, Happy to accommodate your requests.
4️⃣ Deposit Protection
⚠️ If empties are not returned within 15 days or the extended period, we’ll charge your card for the deposit value (€ 10 per cylinder) of the cylinders in your possession and your subscription plan will be put on hold until you return those empty cylinders.
5️⃣ Easy Refund
💶 Once empties are returned, your deposit is credited back to your Card. — minus a small €7 handling fee.

Terms of Service
CO2 Refill Club (Subscription)
- Enroll in our "CO2 Refill Club"paying for the plan that suits you best!
- As soon we've confirmed your order, your CO2 cylinders will be dispatched and should arrive in 2 work days.
- Please KEEP the Packaging to return the empty cylinders on your "Refill Day" (delivery of your next batch of cylinders). You must use the exactly same packaging to return the empty ones, use the pre-paid label in this box, so you can post it free-of-charge.
- If you need to keep the cylidners a bit longer (up to 2 weeks), please contact us, so we can arrange to extend you refill FOR FREE.
- THE CYLINDERS ARE OWNED BY Gas4u.ie
You must send back ALL EMPTY cylinders from your subscription together, at least 3 days before your "Refill day". Your subscription will be placed on hold till we get all cylinders back. A penalty fee may be applied for unreturned cylinders.

You pay for Gas and the Cylinder upfront. Therefore, you own the cylinders.
- Before placing a new order, you can return to us ALL your empty cylinders on the original delivering box, and we'll issue a Credit for your account as soon we confirm receipt at our Warehouse.
