As soon we've confirmed your order, your CO2 cylinders will be dispatched and should arrive in 2 workdays.
Please KEEP the Packaging to return the empty cylinders on your "Refill Day". You must use the exactly same packaging you've received the full cylinders to return the empty ones, once it has a pre-paid label, so you can post it free-of-charge.
If you need to keep the cylinders a bit longer (up to 2 weeks), please contact us, so we can arrange to extend your refill time span FOR FREE.

You must send backALL EMPTY cylinderscontemplated on your plantogether, at least 3 days before your "Refill day". Your subscription will be on hold till we get all cylinders back. A penalty fee may be applied for unreturned cylinders.
